The foam roller is a self-massage tool to assist you in working out muscle aches, pains and tightness. This DVD describes the benefits of foam roller massage and myofascial release as well as an overview of major muscles groups and a library of exercise routines to reach those specific muscles.
Exercises are divided into 3 body sections: pelvis and back, upper leg and lower leg. 20 minute running time.
