I got my first 65 cm pearl ball a month ago. I am satisfied with the ball overall.
The ball was shipped the day after my ordering, and it took exactly five days for delivery. It doesn't give any unpleasant cheap plastic odors, and the texture of the ball feels very good on skin. Unlike the balls you usually find in the gym, the surface of the ball gives your tiptoes enough friction so that it won't slip even when you are wearing socks.
My only complain is that the product didn't come with a nice instruction for inflation. Because at least in my case, I found it very hard to push the plug all the way into the ball, so I left about half centimeter end of the plug out and my ball lost some air after two days. I thought it was normal so I kept pumping some more air every time before I exercise. Later I read a detailed instruction from another ball manufacture, which says that the plug MUST be flush with the surface of the ball to avoid air leakage. It would have been nicer if my ball came with such instruction, too.
